3. Process for Returns & Exchanges
- Opening video is mandatory for all return and exchange requests.
- Exchanging products will be delivered within 7 business days.
- Replacement products will be delivered within 7 business days.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@polasupplies.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details of the issue.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide further instructions for returning the product.
- If the requested replacement product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or receive store credit.
4. Return Shipping
- Opening video is mandatory for exchange requests.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, regardless of the reason for return or exchange.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Ranis Dream Shopping Mall is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and provide an opening video of the package along with photographs of the issue. We will review the request and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
