  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

  • We work with trusted courier and logistics partners to deliver orders across India.
  • The courier partner assigned to your shipment may vary depending on your delivery location and service availability.
  • Courier partner selection is solely at the discretion of Ranis Dream Shopping Mall.

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are approximate and may vary depending on the destination.
  • Standard delivery generally takes 2 to 10 working days.
  • Delivery timelines do not include Sundays, public holidays, or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be provided through email or other available communication channels.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact details.

5. Failed Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)

  • The courier partner will generally make multiple delivery attempts.
  • If the order cannot be delivered due to reasons such as incorrect address, incorrect pincode, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the parcel, or unreachable phone number, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
  • In such cases, two-way shipping charges and packing charges may be deducted from any applicable refund amount.

6. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Ranis Dream Shopping Mall shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters or adverse weather conditions.
  • Public holidays and government restrictions.
  • Courier partner operational delays.
  • Strikes, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
