5. Return to Origin (RTO)

If an order cannot be delivered due to customer-related issues such as incorrect address, wrong pincode, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept the parcel, or unreachable contact number, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse.

Once the parcel is received back, any applicable refund will be processed after deducting two-way shipping charges and packing charges.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Products must be unused and in their original condition.
